Plan Of Action

Designed by Professional educators, 4Gals, Inc., a non-profit organization youth empowerment group, this program is for Elementary through High School girls.  Have fun learning activities on self-esteem, positive body image, bully defense, safe social media use, academic success, emotional expression, coping, stress and peer pressure, staying safe, and much more.

To equip and empower our young ladies to value themselves and become the BEST version of themselves they can be.
